MOLLY AND BUTTON DOLLY
FOR HOFFMAN CHALLENGE 2007
A
version created for the 2007 Hoffman Challenge
in which she traveled in the exhibit. She is 15",
has inside button
joint at the elbows and wrists,
outside button joint at the hips. A
collage was
created for her skirt using home made chenille.
Her face
is painted with pencils, sealed and a
modified trapunto technique adds dimension
to
her face.
