Trace all pattern pieces onto freezer paper and cut out. All parts are sew around, you will add seam allowance when you cut them out after sewing. Unless otherwise noted on the pattern pieces, there will be no openings for turning and stuffing. You will slit where noted and turn the piece through the slit.
With right sides together, piece the two cotton fabrics together in the middle. Fold in half and center the doll template in the center with the waist in the center seam of the pieced fabrics. Pin the fabric to keep seam aligned. Iron the freezer paper template onto the fabric. Sew around the body with small stitch. Slit where indicated through ONE layer and turn right side out. Stuff the neck firmly and the upper body lightly. Top stitch arms and waist, then stuff the lower body. Stitch the slit to close.
